Welcome to the Center for the Study of Health Disparities (CSHD). Our center is focused on stimulating research, education, training, advocacy, and policy development that benefits communities and contributes to eliminating health and education disparities.

We are committed to recruiting, mentoring and developing students for careers related to the mission of our center. It is our vision to transform the health and education landscape of Texas and beyond. The Center for the Study of Health Disparities is based in the Health Education division of The Department of Health and Kinesiology, in the College of Education & Human Development at Texas A&M University.
